Since our company was established in 2006, the requirements of our customers have spurred us on to ever higher achievements. As a specialist for development and production of custom drive solutions we continuously develop and expand our horizon – as regards new applications, industries and areas of application.

2006
Founding of OVALO GmbH in Limburg an der Lahn from Harmonic Drive AG
2007
Receipt of the first large-scale order and commissioning of an automotive compliant production plant
2009
Construction of the new OVALO factory with a potential production area of up to 20,000 m2
2010
Successful certification in accordance with ISO 9001 and TS 16949
2014
Acquisition of adcos GmbH in Cologne (hardware/software development)
2017
OVALO becomes part of the Nabtesco Corporation Tokyo
